I have assisted numerous realtors in facilitating sales, and I wish to extend the same assistance to you. Considering your perspective as a buyer's representative, you understand the challenge your clients face when deciding on a property. Often, they're drawn to a home but find it doesn't quite meet their needs. In just one hour, I can suggest alterations to align the property with their requirements, using rough plans and sketches to illustrate the potential outcome. This could sway them towards making a purchase. Alternatively, if they explore other properties, this process might help them resolve any conflicts and prompt a decision. They might feel fortunate to have discovered a hidden gem and express willingness to make an offer, request estimates for renovations, or explore other options.

Listing agents can also ease their client's objections by revealing, improvement sketches & plans. This enhanced clarity empowers clients to act decisively, whether it's deciding;
1) Sell along with the provided drawings.
2) Opting to renovate before selling, or...
3) Choosing to remodel for personal use.
Some realtors engage me to assess their properties for improvement ideas. If you prefer, we can meet with your client on-site, or you can provide details about the area and budget constraints. For distant & virtual meetings, I can utilize a camera to show the site and work with them to produce the designs as per their need. Ideally, I'd like to visit local properties first.

Here's how the process works: I'll accompany your client to the property, attentively noting their preferences and concerns. By focusing on significant issues, I swiftly generate rough scaled plans and 3D sketches tailored to their specifications within 2-5 hours. It works much faster if provided with a survey, plans, photos, and HOA covenants.

If the client responds positively, we can discuss the solutions further, potentially involving a builder to assess the project and provide cost estimates. An Agile Architecture Design team meeting can be arranged to facilitate your client’s decisions.

Rates: The initial session incurs no charge if there's no synergy. You can contact me on the given phone number for the charges for the further process. The fee structure applies throughout the architecture process, which can include completing the entire project if desired.

Services: I offer Agile as a standalone service, but I'm also available to complete all architecture work under a separate equitable contract. Clients retain full ownership of the drawings and ideas, with the freedom to continue working with me or engage another architect or builder.

Deposit: If clients, choose to wait or make other arrangements, they can pay 25% more to have full ownership, to use the drawings as they wish.
