Pragmatic Designs Inc. is an inventor of sounds and electronic equipment for the toy industry. They requested their office headquarters to be a showcase of their creative approach. We undertook the project under the condition that they would "have a space as had never been seen." The clients' specific demands included the ultimate Fung Shui positioning and design for success. The indoor environmental health of their workspace was a primary concern, as their creative energy and long hours required regenerating while still at work. The Fung Shui and environmental health was achieved through careful diagnosis of the existing building and employing environmental and mystical solutions.

The Fung Shui solution included a creative cycle of the elements using color from floor to ceiling. The Bau biology solution was to install an energy recovery ventilator to provide continuous fresh air to all sectors. All materials were screened for toxicity before installation. In addition, all natural materials were used including a range from structural glues to finish paints and toxin neutralizing plants.
